What's included with every villa stay?
Every reservation includes access to the entire booked house, plus: community pool access (shared, and specific to which villa), beach access including a beach path at some properties, Starlink satellite internet, purified drinking water from the tap, Streamwire television and movie service, and a gated entrance with 24-hour security. Whether the pool is private or shared varies by villa — Casa Paloma shares the community pool, while Villa Black Marlin and Villa Blue Marlin each have their own private pool in addition to community pool access.
How do I confirm the actual total before paying?
Published nightly rates are starting rates, not guaranteed totals — rates and availability can change, and the full seasonal schedule isn't displayed online. Before paying, confirm: the total price for the specific dates, availability, any applicable taxes or fees, and any stay requirements for those dates.
What else can be arranged?
Private airport transportation is available for villa stays, with a grocery stop available during the transfer on request. Pre-arrival stocking can include beverages, snacks, and water — confirm the requested items and any charges in advance.
Concierge support can also arrange: a private chef, in-villa massage, full itinerary planning, sportfishing charters aboard The Marlin Hunter's own fleet, whale watching, dune buggies and ATVs, horseback riding and wave runners, golf at Cabo del Sol, restaurant and beach planning, and sunrise and sunset experiences. These are arranged separately from the base villa stay and depend on dates, provider availability, and the specific request.
