All of The Marlin Hunter's sportfishing boats have live bait wells to keep bait ready during the trip. The boats are outfitted and fully rigged for fishing, but there isn't currently a published item-by-item list of rods, reels, terminal tackle, lures, or safety equipment — ask for a specific setup for a target species or technique when reserving.
Is bait included?
Not automatically on standard bookings. Bait costs $4 per piece, with about 10 recommended per trip. The specific bait species or type isn't published in advance — request the current bait plan when reserving.
Is a fishing license included?
Not on a standard boat-and-crew booking. The fishing license costs $25 USD per person, per day; children under 12 don't need one. The Marlin Hunter needs each licensed angler's full legal name to arrange it.
What does the Decimal Dust all-inclusive charter cover?
Decimal Dust's all-inclusive rate covers the boat and crew, fishing gear, fishing license, bait, and food and drinks — all together in one price. For the other three boats, confirm whether a booking is the standard arrangement or an all-inclusive package before the trip.
Are food and drinks included?
Not on a standard booking, unless arranged in advance — except on Decimal Dust's full-day all-inclusive charter, where food and drinks are included. There's no published standard menu, beverage list, dietary-request process, portion details, or alcohol policy beyond the no-glass-containers rule already in place onboard — dietary requests should be raised before the trip.
Can villa stays be pre-stocked?
Yes — villa stays can be pre-stocked with items like beverages, snacks, and water, and private airport transportation can include a grocery stop on request. These are separate from standard boat provisioning unless added to the trip plan directly.
What should I bring on a standard charter?

What happens to the fish after the trip?
The Marlin Hunter doesn't currently publish its onboard fish-care, catch-retention, cleaning, filleting, icing, or catch-and-release procedures. Ask before departure how the target species is handled, and what happens to retained fish once the boat returns to the marina.
