# Pricing & Policy

**Meta description:** Published fishing charter rates for The Marlin Hunter's Cabo San Lucas fleet, and what to confirm before checkout.

Charter prices are published by boat and trip length so options can be compared before choosing a date. Prices are shown in dollars — confirm the currency and final tax treatment when booking.

## Published charter rates

| Boat | Capacity | Half day | Full day |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| The Marlin Hunter (33' Signature Sportfisher) | Up to 6 guests | $750 | $950 |
| Gaviota IX (28' Cabo Classic) | Up to 4 guests | $650 | $850 |
| Mila Rose (25' Super Panga) | Up to 3 guests | $400 | $750 |
| Decimal Dust (67' Luxury Sportfisher) | Up to 10 guests | Not offered | $6,500 (all-inclusive) |

**Before completing checkout, confirm the duration, boat, and total shown for the selected date** — the amount on the booking screen is the number that governs the actual charge, and it should match one of the rates above for the trip length being booked. If it doesn't, treat that as worth a direct call before paying, not something to assume is correct.

## What does the price actually include?

Only Decimal Dust's full-day rate is all-inclusive — it covers the boat, expert crew, premium fishing gear, fishing license, bait, food, and drinks together.

For the other three boats, the published rate table doesn't state whether a license, bait, food, or drinks are included, available as paid add-ons, or need arranging separately. No separate prices for these are published for those boats. Before booking, ask The Marlin Hunter to confirm each item in writing if a final all-in price matters — the same applies to a bare-boat arrangement, which is mentioned as an option but doesn't have its own published price or inclusions list yet.

## What else isn't stated in the published price?

There's no published statement on whether charter prices include or exclude sales tax, fuel, dockage or marina fees, fish processing, transportation, or crew gratuity. Request these as part of a quote so there's nothing unexpected at the dock.

## Is there a seasonal or peak-season rate for charters?

No fishing-charter seasonal surcharge is currently published — the general site terms note that pricing and availability can change without notice, so confirm the current amount for a specific date. Seasonal peak pricing (March, Christmas week) applies to the villas, not to fishing charters — don't assume the villa seasonal terms carry over to a charter booking.

## What should I confirm before I reserve?

- Whether the quoted amount is for a half day or full day
- Whether the price is in U.S. dollars or another currency
- Whether taxes are included
- Whether a fishing license, bait, food, and drinks are included
- Whether fuel, dockage, fish processing, transportation, or gratuity add to the total
- Whether the booking requires a deposit, full payment, or another schedule
- Whether any seasonal or peak-date surcharge applies

The published rates are a starting comparison — the booking calendar screen or a direct quote is what confirms the exact total before committing.
