## How do I book a fishing charter?

The Marlin Hunter accepts online charter bookings through its Acuity Scheduling calendar. Choose the boat and trip option, then select an available date and departure time. The booking calendar displays availability in Mountain Time (GMT-06:00) — Cabo San Lucas's local time zone.

## How do I book a villa stay?

Villa availability is reviewed personally so the property and dates can be matched to the group — The Marlin Hunter doesn't publish a self-service villa calendar or a direct online villa checkout. Current villas: Casa Paloma, Villa Black Marlin, and Villa Blue Marlin. Availability, seasonal rates, and peak-period conditions vary by property and dates, and are confirmed directly during the inquiry.

## What if I need to change or cancel a reservation?

**Guest cancellations made less than 7 days before the charter forfeit the deposit.** If a charter is cancelled for weather or safety reasons, the trip is rescheduled or credited instead. To request a date change, group-size change, or cancellation, contact The Marlin Hunter as soon as possible with: the original booking name, the reservation date, the boat or villa, and the requested change.

A requested change isn't confirmed until The Marlin Hunter responds and confirms the new date or arrangement.

## Is a deposit required?

Yes — **a 25% deposit is required to hold a requested charter date.** Beyond that figure, the published charter booking calendar and villa information don't currently state a payment deadline for the remaining balance, a card preauthorization requirement, or a receipt process. Before completing a reservation or paying for a charter, ask The Marlin Hunter to confirm: when the remaining balance is due, which payment methods are accepted, whether a card is held or preauthorized, and how the receipt and booking confirmation will be delivered.
